Tours are lead by the actual designers and architects providing you the unique opportunity to meet many of LA's best non-traditional architects and designers. If you are thinking about a renovation or a new design project, there is no better way to find an architect or designer to choose from.
You'll be greeted by and be offered a tour by the actual architects or designers of the project.
The architects and designers will provide you insights on the project, share about the client's needs, their design process, some of the execution challenges & their solutions and you will still have some time to ask questions.
Models and presentation boards of the project and others by the firm will also be shown.
You'll purchase tickets for a specific departure though this website. You'll be able to stay as long as little at each project as you like. Shuttle bus will swing by the property every 12 minutes.

Parking Information/Shuttle Boarding Location will be provided along with your tickets.
Children: These tours are not recommend for children or infants. Strollers or car seats are not permitted on shuttles or in the projects. Sorry child discounts are not available.
Self Driving: We are sorry but in respect of the architect or designers' client and their neighbors, attendees may not self drive the tours.
Steep Driveways & Steps: These tours are not for those uncomfortable walking up or down steps or hillside driveways. We are sorry, but the vast majority of the stops on the tours are private residences and therefore may not be ADA compliant.
Exhibitor reservations for CA Boom 4 now being reviewed
CA Boom 4: March 30 to April 1, 2007 at a new and larger location, Barker Hangar, Santa Monica Airport. One hundred and fifty plus participating exhibitors will showcase what's next in how we live and how we work. Specific areas in the show include: prefab, fine furnishings, green living and design, architecture, surfaces and finishes, modern parenting, and modern pets.
